“I’m not making any of those predictions … I will not be a spoiler. I have never been a spoiler of anything,” said Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) when asked if he plans to run for national office in the future during an event hosted by the Wall Street Journal CEO Council. The senator, in response to the Wall Street Journal's Molly Ball, said he did not think he would see a Democratic senator elected from West Virginia again in his lifetime.
