CO-LIVING: A NEW TREND
The co-living room can find multiple definitions. A solution for an accessible home, the trend of millennials seeking personal connections in a hyper-digital world; a new life / work alternative for nomads.
According to real estate executive, Abe Leser, in its most basic description, the co-living is a housing scheme in which public areas are shared and private rooms with bathrooms are rented. It's kind of like an adult room concept. It is a disruptive concept due to several ingredients:
Abe Leser indicates that from the outset, rental prices can achieve substantial savings. Achieving rental values 40% cheaper than the cheapest 1-bedroom apartment in the area where it is installed.
