Video Clip: House Passes Gun Background Check Legislation


The House of Representatives passed legislation that would allow the FBI to have more time to perform background checks on gun purchasers. The bill passed the House 228 to 198. This clip includes remarks from House Minority Whip James Clyburn (D-SC) and Representative Tom McClintock (R-CA). The bill would need to go to the Senate and signed by the President in order to become law.
