Comedian Jon Stewart, a longtime advocate for 9/11 responders and survivors, spoke at a House Judiciary subcommittee held a hearing on reauthorizing the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. The Victim Compensation Fund was reauthorized in 2015 but is set to expire in December 2020 without congressional action. He called out the lack of members of Congress attending the hearing.
