History of Union Station

Union Station Redevelopment Corporation president and CEO Beverley Swaim-Staley gave a tour of the station and talked about its history. Architect John Bowie also talked about the original construction and recent restoration. Located in Washington, D.C., near the U.S. Capitol, Union Station opened in 1907. At the time, it was one of the largest train stations in the world.
