The House voted to suspend the rules and pass H.R. 4273, regarding defense reports; H.R. 4273, amending the Public Service Health Act; H.R. 4790, regarding breast and cervical cancer; H.R. 4609, for Coast Guard authorization; S.J.Res. 246, calling upon the United Nations to repeal General Assembly Resolution 3379; and H.R. 1013, to amend the Education of the Handicapped Act of 1989.
