House Session - June 4, 1997

After opening the House session with One Minute Speeches, the House took up debate on two Foreign Policy Bills. One is for allocating money for State Department programs and the other is for the expansion of NATO. Carroll Dougherty of Congressional Quarterly joined the broadcast during the first floor vote to explain the two bills that were debated.
