House Session - March 4, 2020

The House debated the rule for H.R. 1140, the Rights for Transportation Security Officers Act of 2020, which overhauls the TSA personnel system by providing the same rights and protections as other federal workers. Lawmakers also passed an $8.3 billion emergency spending bill to combat the coronavirus outbreak. Republican Representatives Ken Buck (CO) and Andy Biggs (AZ) voted against the measure.
