The House voted along party lines, 221-212, to formally authorize an impeachment inquiry into President Biden. Lawmakers also approved two other measures. H.R. 1147, the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act of 2023, would allow whole milk in the national school lunch program. The other, a suspension bill, condemns antisemitism on college campuses. More specifically, it condemns the congressional testimony of the presidents of Harvard, MIT, and the University of Pennsylvania. Finally, members debated one other bill under suspension of the rules: H.R. 2365, which concerns Parkinson's disease prevention.
