Senate Passes Foreign Aid Package 79-18
Senate Session - September 28, 2000

The Senate will convene at 9:30 am for up to seven hours of debate on H.J.Res. 109, a resolution making continuing appropriations for FY 2001. A vote on the resolution will follow. After the resolution of H.J.Res. 109 there will then be a cloture vote on amdt #4177, to S. 2045, re: H-1B Visas. The Senate may begin consideration of any available appropriations conference reports.



Measures Introduced: Thirteen bills and five resolutions were introduced, as follows: S. 3128-3140, S.J. Res. 54, S. Res. 362-363, and S. Con. Res. 139-140.
