Hansen amendment (A004) modified by unanimous consent. The modification specifies that nothing in the text of the amendment should be construed as requiring any agency to provide any form of special treatment or accommodation, or to construct any facilities or modify any conditions of lands within a wilderness area in order to facilitate access to such areas by individuals confined to wheelchairs. |
