The COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS SUBCOMMITTEE ON SECURITIES, INSURANCE, AND INVESTMENT will meet in OPEN SESSION to conduct a hearing on “Capital Formation and Reducing Small Business Burdens.” The witnesses will be: Mr. Thomas Quaadman, Vice President, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness; Mr. William Spell, President, Spell Capital Partners; and Mr. Marcus Stanley, Policy Director, Americans for Financial Reform. Additional witnesses may be announced at a later date.

All hearings are webcast live and will not be available until the hearing starts.
