Rep. Judy Biggert (R-IL) said that Clinton addressed the issues that are important to members of Congress in both parties. She does not agree with the president on some the issues though. Senator Mark Udall (D-CO) agreed with Rep. Biggert and added that he was pleased that he addressed the school issues. Rep. Biggert was concerned that the president did not say where the money is going to come from for his plan. close
