British Prime Minister Tony Blair addressed Parliament about NATO policy toward Kosovo. He told members if Serbian leaders failed to sign a peace accord, his government would join a NATO mission against Serbian forces in Yugoslavia. Conservative’s Party Leader William Hague and other opposition leaders questioned the policy and asked about exit strategies. close
