Witnesses testified about implementation of the 1963 Presidential Transition Act in light of on-going contests to the election results in Florida. Among the issues they addressed were levels of bipartisan cooperation, ways to streamline the process, past transition experiences, funding of the transition process, and future plans to work with both teams as the contested election was resolved.
