Members of the South Korean National Assembly debated extending the deployment of troops in Iraq. The measure was approved just before the midnight deadline with a 161-63 vote with 54 abstentions. South Korea has more than 3500 troops in Iraq making them the third largest deployment following the U.S. and Britain. In Korean with English translation. close
