On Friday, July 1, 2005 former White House Associate Counsel Reginald Brown was interviewed about the next steps in replacing Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. He discussed his work in the Bush administration preparing background briefings on potential Supreme Court nominees. He talked about the process of nominations and the workings of the White House counsel’s office.
