Secretary Rice announced the retirement of Andrew Natsios as administrator for the U.S. Agency for International Development. In her remarks she praised Mr. Natsios for his efforts on behalf of U.S. interests in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other regions. Mr. Natsios talked about his foreign service achievements and other government service, also saying he looked forward to a new career in academia. close
