Dean Pryor interviewed Professor Sandel about his book, Public Philosophy: Essays on Morality in Politics, published by Harvard University Press. During his conversation with former Senator Pryor, Professor Sandel argued that Republicans have been much better than Democrats at promoting their ideas on moral grounds and used Ronald Reagan’s communicating skills as an example. He also called for a restoration of shared sacrifice in the country. Professor Sandel answered questions from members of the audience following the discussion.
