Philip Roth, author of over twenty novels, including Goodbye Columbus, Portnoy’s Complaint, American Pastoral and The Human Stain and the winner of the Pulitzer Prize, National Book Award, and National Book Critics Circle Award, was paid tribute on the occasion of his seventy-fifth birthday. The event consisted of 2 panel discussion. The first discussion focused on the influence of Mr. Roth’s writing. The second discussion was a profile of Mr. Roth’s career.
