Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT), member of the Senate Judiciary and the Labor and Human Resources committees, addressed an audience at the 35th annual Educational Conference of the Food and Drug Law Institute. Sen. Hatch discussed the inadequate organizational and management systems that constrained the Food and Drug Administration.
