Campaigns and Elections magazine held a forum on current television political advertising during its national training seminar for campaign workers in Washington, DC. A panel of Republican, Democratic, and direct-mail consultants, including James Carville, the campaign manager for 1992 Democratic presidential candidate Bill Clinton, spoke on and presented several campaign commercials for candidates in the 1992 primaries and elections.
