Neighborhood Stabilization Program

Community planning and development staff members of the Department of Housing and Urban Development spoke at a national housing summit. They focused on methods to stabilize neighborhoods in the current economic and financial crisis. They also talked about program requirements, grants management, maximizing value, and oversight questions. They also responded to questions from members of the audience. Mauel Ochoa moderated.
