Former President Bill Clinton spoke at the 2012 International AIDS Conference. He stressed the international need to confront the disease to prevent further epidemic. Clinton discussed the changes he has seen in international stigma regarding HIV/AIDS since he was president. He also said that places hit hard from the epidemic, like Africa, have made significant strides towards preventing transmission of the disease. close
