Contributors Randy Barnett and Orin Kerr, and editor Trevor Burrus talked about their book, A Conspiracy Against Obamacare: The Volokh Conspiracy and the Health Care Case. The participants were: Randy Barnett of the Georgetown Law Center, Orin Kerr of George Washington University, and Ilya Somin of George Mason University. The Volokh Conspiracy was a weblog started in 2002 by UCLA law professor Eugene Volokh which covers law and politics from a libertarian perspective. Bloggers for the site were mostly law professors. close
