The Supreme Court heard oral argument in Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores docket number 13-354, combined with the case of Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation. The cases involved the provision of the Affordable Care Act that mandates contraception coverage, and whether for-profit corporations can deny employees that coverage based on the religious beliefs of its owners. The case was subsequent renamed Burwell v. Hobby Lobby after Sebellius resigned as HHS secretary.
