Panelists talked about some of the most significant global health challenges during the upcoming decade. They also discussed the agenda to address those issues and the future of health advances. The panelists agreed that one of the biggest global health challenges was the infrastructure disparities among the developing countries. Dr. Anthony Fauci said that the Ebola outbreak in West Africa continued to grow was because in the affected countries there was a great disparity in health care. He predicted that the outbreak would soon be recognized as a security issue for the U.S. and the world.
