Former Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov talked about U.S.-Russia relations, saying that both nations were at fault for the current strained relations. He said that the Russia-Ukraine conflict, which had prompted the U.S. and other countries to impose strict sanctions against Russia, was just one source of tension.
