President Obama was among more than 150 world leaders at the Paris Climate Change Conference. In his remarks, he highlighted the U.S. investments in clean energy, solar power, and reductions in carbon emissions. French President Francois Hollande presided over the morning session that also included speeches by German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Russian President Vladimir Putin in which they talked about the efforts of their countries in climate change. Many also expressed their concerns over the November 13, 2015, terrorist attacks in the host city. close
