The Heritage Foundation released its annual report, the “2017 Global Agenda for Economic Freedom.” Two of the co-authors, James Roberts and William Wilson, spoke about some of their findings in areas such as trade and investment, corruption, and the future of the Chinese economy. Commenting on the report was Stephen Moore, a Heritage Foundation distinguished visiting fellow and former Wall Street Journal editorial board member. close
