Bush, and Clinton administrations talked about presidential administration transitions during a panel discussion hosted by the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, DC. They talked about the challenges facing incoming presidential administrations, and what factors helped and hindered the transitions they helped lead. After a half-hour of discussion with a moderator, they took a variety of questions on a potential staffing and policy positions of the incoming Trump administration. close
