Veterans Affairs Secretary David Shulkin delivered remarks at the American Legion’s annual Washington conference, during which he outlined his priorities for the department, including enhancing health care services and modernizing the infrastructure and the information technology systems. Other speakers included Chair of the House Veterans' Affairs Committee Phil Roe (R-TN), Senate Armed Services Committee Chair John McCain (R-AZ), and Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee Ranking Member Jon Tester (D-MT).
