Senate Armed Services Committee Ranking Member Jack Reed (D-RI) spoke with Jonathan Karl about foreign policy. He said the Trump administration lacks a coherent message in dealing with North Korea, and he recommended a stronger diplomatic effort toward addressing ongoing tensions. Senator Reed also talked about the ongoing situations in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan, and said he thought the congressional investigation into Russia’s involvement in the 2016 U.S. presidential election would carry into 2018. close
