Chefs José Andrés and Alice Waters talked about the state and future of American food culture. They described their cooking and cuisine philosophies, as well as their thoughts on the ways food and agriculture should be integrated into school curricula. Mr. Andrés also talked about his work assisting hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico, where his volunteers had served more than 2 million meals since Hurricane Maria hit the island. close
