At a ceremony near the White House to mark the first night of Hanukkah, the National Menorah was lit by Gary Cohn, an economic adviser to President Trump. The annual event marking the eight-day Jewish holiday, also known as the Festival of Lights, included performances by the U.S. Air Force Band, the Three Cantors, and Dreidelman. In his remarks, Mr. Cohn praised President Trump’s for officially recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. close
