British Prime Minister Theresa May outlined a series of immediate actions her government would take against Russia following the nerve agent attack against a former Russian spy and his daughter. The prime minister announced the expulsion of 23 Russian diplomats from the U.K., the single biggest expulsion in 30 years. In addition, Ms. May said that she was revoking the invitation of the Russian foreign minister to the U.K. and scheduling an emergency U.N.
