At a meeting with his Qatari counterpart, Defense Secretary Mattis said he was not ruling anything out following a chemical weapons attack, which was allegedly done by the Syrian government, led by Bashar al-Assad, against its own people. The attack happened during the weekend, and dozens of victims were killed in the attack--many of them women and children. close
