Speaking to a crowd in Boca Raton, Florida, former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens said he had changed his views on Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh after the Supreme Court nominee’s testimony on September 27th. Justice Stevens, who before that testimony had said Judge Kavanaugh should be confirmed, said his “performance during the hearings caused me to change my mind.” close
