Representatives Butler Derrick (D-SC) and Joseph Knollenberg (R-MI) discussed their views on the North American Free Trade Agreement. Rep. Derrick, the Democratic Chief Deputy Whip, spoke against NAFTA. Rep. Knollenberg, a member of the Banking and Small Business Committees, supported the agreement.
