EPA Administrator Michael Regan testified before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on the Environment regarding President Biden’s fiscal year 2022 EPA budget request. Topics included the administration’s commitment to environmental justice and equity, clean air standards, investment in clean drinking water infrastructure, climate change, reducing carbon emissions, environmental regulations, methane gas, staffing concerns at the EPA, and environmental job creation.
