Historian Robert Merry talked about William McKinley -- and argued that he was a successful president whose achievements have faded in public memory. The 25th president was elected to two terms, presided over the Spanish-American War, and was cut down by an assassin in 1901. Mr. Merry is the author of President McKinley: Architect of the American Century. The White House Historical Association provided this video. close
