Bill Nichols, White House Correspondent for USA Today, reviewed the performance of the Clinton administration on foreign policy issues, particularly the events in Somalia and Haiti. He commented that the administration has done well on such issues as U.S. relations with Russia, U.S. trade relations with Japan, and the North American Free Trade Agreement. He also faulted the administration for mistakes made concerning the U.S. involvement in the United Nations intervention in Somalia. He answered viewer questions. close
