The White House COVID-19 Response Team said a bivalent COVID-19 vaccine could come in October. Officials outlined what a potential rollout timeline for the new generation vaccine could look like during a briefing with reporters. Dr. Ashish Jha, coordinator of the White House COVID-19 Response Team, led the briefing alongside CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci.
