President Biden renewed his call for Congress to address campaign finance. He urged Congress to approve the DISCLOSE Act, a bill under Senate consideration that would require super PACs and other groups to disclose their donors and sources of funding used in negative campaign ads. The president also addressed the influx of migrants coming from Venezuela, Cuba, and Nicaragua, saying that sending them back right now would not be “rational.” close
