Vice President Kamala Harris spoke with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak at a press availability during the 2023 Munich Security Conference in Germany. They exchanged remarks about Ukraine with the vice president saying that the transatlantic community “has risen to meet the needs of supporting the Ukrainian people.” The prime minister thanked Vice President Harris for her remarks on the U.S.-U.K. relationship and said that “there can be no better demonstration of that than our joint response to the awful conflict in Ukraine.” close
