Here Today, Gone Tomorrow was one of the second-prize high school central division winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam documentary contest. Gabriel Tiong and Lauren Cargal, seniors at Jenks High School in Jenks, Oklahoma, produced this video on the 2023 theme: “If you were a newly-elected member of Congress, which issue would be your first priority and why?” The local cable provider was Cox Communications.

C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. close
