At a Washington, D.C., military ceremony, General David Berger stepped down as Marine Corps commandant. The event included remarks from Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Assistant Commandant Eric M. Smith, as well as a musical performance by the Marine Corps Drum and Bugle Corps.
