Secretary Gaviria mentioned the accomplishments of the Summit of the Americas and the role of the OAS in making these goals a reality.
He said some of the topics being discussed were The Free Trade Zone , Strengthening and promoting democracy, fighting narco-trafficking, education & health.
His opinion was that the outcome of the summit was better than anyone expected.
