announced the formation of the
SECRETARY OF THE ARMY SENIOR REVIEW PANEL ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT
which would investigate commanders' lack of action concerning sexual misconduct allegations at Aberdeen,MD and other bases.
Retired Army Deputy Inspector-General Richard Siegfried will chair the panel, which will investigate commanders' lack of action in sexual misconduct accusations and the military ethos fostering such behavior.
He stressed that the investigation would be dictated by the evidence and not a desire to protect anyone at any level.
