After signing several joint agreements, especially on economic issues, Vice President Al Gore and Russian Prime Minister Viktor Chernomyrdin briefed reporters on the implications of the agreements, including increasing U.S. investment in areas outside Moscow and other large cities and making U.S. drugs more available.
